Kiso horse is one of the eight native horse breeds in Japan (critically endangered). This little horse (~1,33-1,36m) was used in field word and for military purpose. People interested by this traditional horse culture in Japan are very few. Here is M. Takeru Nakagawa manager of Kisohorse’s Park in Nagano prefecture. He is very activ in the conservation of the breed and the related traditions like horse logging and farm tools making.
